📌 Booking Policy Thank you for choosing Arizona Tenant Help. To ensure clarity and mutual understanding, please review the following booking policy before scheduling a service. 1. Scope of Services • Arizona Tenant Help is not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice or legal representation. • Our role is to provide tenant education, official Arizona forms, and step-by-step guidance to enable you to represent yourself. • Booking a service with us does not create an attorney–client relationship. 2. Service Packages • Forms + Basic Instructions ($50): Digital service only. Includes official Arizona forms and a simple written checklist. No live consultation is included. • Forms + Detailed Instructions ($75): Digital service only. Includes forms along with expanded, detailed written instructions. No live consultation is included. • Forms + Counseling Call ($100): Includes a 60-minute live consultation with a tenant advocate, along with official forms and a personalized checklist tailored to your situation. • Lease Exit Support (Starting at $500): Comprehensive package for tenants seeking to end a lease. The package begins at $500 and may extend up to one-half of one month’s rent depending on case complexity. Includes consultation, customized forms, and ongoing guidance. 3. Payment Terms • Payment in full is required at the time of booking in order to confirm your service. • All pricing is listed clearly prior to checkout. • Payments are non-refundable once services have been delivered. 4. Rescheduling & Cancellations (Applicable to Live Sessions) • Counseling sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice without penalty. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments (“no-shows”), are not eligible for refunds. • Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their session shortened to maintain scheduling integrity. 5. Confidentiality • All information provided is treated as confidential and will only be used for the preparation of forms and guidance. • Arizona Tenant Help does not share client information with landlords, courts, or third parties without the client’s written consent. 6. Client Responsibilities • Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the intake process. • Clients remain responsible for filing, serving, and meeting all applicable court or landlord deadlines. • Arizona Tenant Help cannot guarantee outcomes in court
